Main Job Description

• 1. Work with Sales to figure out key customer's RD structure and key person;

Main Job Description

• 1. Well communication with customer to figure out customer's tech requirement;

Main Job Description

• 1. Coordinate related departments to analysis and resolve quality issue. Monitor the progress and result of the corrective actions;
• 2. Organize and review daily operation of the IPQC, FQC and OQC team within production;
• 3. Review and analysis quality data or information to ensure quality level is acceptable and plan for continuous improvement;
• 4. Establish and maintain inspection and quality system and production qualifications;

Main Job Description

• 1. NPI Process Review: Evaluate new project process issues and RFQ;
• 2. Fixture design evaluation: synthesize the production line process to propose the fixture requirements, and review the fixture design with the fixture engineers;
• 3. Trial production stage exception analysis: analyze and judge the source of the problem (materials, fixtures, equipment, etc.), and lead the problem solution.
• 4. Lead or cooperate with ME, QE and other team members to complete a variety of DOE verification;
• 5. Edit SOP, PFMEA, Quality report, Process flow chart yield and other reports;
• 6. Responsible for the line automation program review, and non-standard automation design requirements;
• 7. Enhance production efficiency through process improvement.

Experience & Skills Needed

• 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical related majors;
• 2. More than three years of structural design or related work experience, high-speed connector structural design and improvement experience is preferred;
• 3. Familiar with metal molding process including stamping, MIM, die casting and other related knowledge, familiar with plastic parts inject-molding knowledge;
• 4. Proficient in 3D and 2D design software such as Pro/E, AutoCAD etc;
• 5. Familiar with basic Excel, Word and other office software;
• 6. Fluent reading and writing in English; good in spoken English is preferred.

Main Job Description

• 1. Evaluate customer's design drawings, assess DFM with mold makers and internal related departments, and give constructive suggestions for improvement;
• 2. Follow up the mold trial status with the mold factory, sort out the mold trial problem points and process parameters, push the mold factory to solve the product problems and assist PM to guarantee the delivery;
• 3. Contact customer PD and complete all evaluation reports.
• 4. Issue internal drawings and prepare BOM according to customer's design, cooperate with PM to complete NPI stage production and solve problems encountered;
• 5. Formulate DOE plan according to the trial production and promote the validation;
• 6. Communicate with PE and other departments on daily basis, and deal with other problems;
• 7. Collaborate with suppliers to deal with product technical problems;
• 8. Daily customization of product technical data and document issuance.
